Who is responsible

Simone Biasotto, Italian VAT no. 04938650274. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

In short

This site has no forms and no accounts, and sells data to no one. I only collect data when you contact me or book a call, plus the minimum technical data needed to run the site.

What data and why

Booking a call: if you book through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and any notes you write, to set up and manage the meeting. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Contact via WhatsApp or email: if you write to me, I process your number or address and your message to reply. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps or my legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Technical browsing data: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes IP address, browser type and requested pages for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics and marketing: only if you accept cookies, the site may use Google and Meta tools to measure visits and campaigns. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives the data

Only the providers needed for the above, acting as processors or independent controllers: Cloudflare (hosting), Calendly (bookings), Meta/WhatsApp (messages), Google and Meta (analytics and ads, only with consent), my email provider. I do not sell or pass data to anyone else.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long

Booking and contact data: as long as needed to handle the request and any working relationship, then at most 24 months, unless the law requires longer (e.g. tax records, 10 years). Technical logs: per Cloudflare's retention, usually a few days. Cookie consent: 6 months.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). You can withdraw cookie consent from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page. Write to [email protected]: I reply within 30 days.

If you think your data is being handled unlawfully, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or to the authority in your country.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and professionals, not for children under 14.

Changes

If anything changes, I update this page and the date at the top.
